วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. ขึ้นไป
มีประสบการณ์ด้านร้านอาหารหรือโรงแรมอย่างน้อย 1–2 ปี
หากเคยเป็นหัวหน้าทีมหรือ Supervisor จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถบริหารทีมงานได้
บุคลิกภาพดี รักงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
สามารถทำงานเป็นกะ และทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐาน และระบบ POS ได้
