**เงินเดือน: 25,000 บาท/เดือน
***ช่วงทดลองงาน: 1 เดือน เงินเดือน 20,000 บาท (ปรับเป็น 25,000 บาทหลังผ่านทดลองงาน)

รายละเอียดตำแหน่งงาน
-เรากำลังมองหาผู้ที่มีความรับผิดชอบสำหรับตำแหน่ง Concierge & Villa Manager เพื่อดูแลการเช็กอินและเช็กเอาต์ของลูกค้า รวมถึงดูแลความพร้อมของวิลล่าในพื้นที่บางเทา / ลากูน่า
-ผู้สมัครที่เหมาะสมจะต้องสามารถประสานงานด้านสต๊อกสินค้า การเตรียมวิลล่าใหม่ ติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุง และดูแลให้ทุกวิลล่ามีมาตรฐานระดับพรีเมียมของ TropicLook
หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ
1. งานบริการลูกค้า & Concierge
• ต้อนรับลูกค้า ดูแลการเช็กอิน / เช็กเอาต์
• อธิบายสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกภายในวิลล่าและข้อมูลพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง
• ดูแลและตอบสนองคำขอของลูกค้าอย่างรวดเร็วและเป็นมืออาชีพ
2. การจัดการวิลล่า
• ตรวจสอบวิลล่าก่อนลูกค้าเข้าพักและหลังเช็กเอาต์
• ดูแลการนับสต๊อก เติมของใช้ และจัดเตรียมชุดอุปกรณ์เริ่มต้นภายในวิลล่า (ผ้าปู ของใช้ ห้องครัว ฯลฯ)
• ตรวจสอบสภาพเฟอร์นิเจอร์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า และของตกแต่ง พร้อมรายงานและติดตามงานซ่อมบำรุง
3. การเตรียมวิลล่าใหม่
• ช่วยทีมโปรเจกต์ในการจัดเตรียมและติดตั้งอุปกรณ์สำหรับวิลล่าใหม่
• จัดทำรายการทรัพย์สิน (Inventory List) และตรวจสอบให้วิลล่าได้มาตรฐานของบริษัทก่อนเปิดให้บริการ
4. งานเอกสารและรายงาน
• จัดเก็บข้อมูลการเช็กอิน / เช็กเอาต์ รายการสต๊อก และรายการปัญหาให้ถูกต้อง
• ประสานงานกับทีมแม่บ้าน ช่างซ่อม และผู้ให้บริการภายนอกเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาให้ทันเวลา
5. การจัดการรถเช่า
• ส่งมอบรถเช่าให้ลูกค้าที่วิลล่า
• นำรถไปล้างหลังลูกค้าเช็กเอาต์
คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร
• สัญชาติไทย (จำเป็น)
• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Concierge, Guest Relations, Property Management หรือการดูแลวิลล่า
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งพูดและเขียน (หากมีภาษาอื่นเพิ่มเติมจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
• มีทักษะการจัดการและใส่ใจรายละเอียด
• สามารถทำงานด้วยตนเองและดูแลหลายวิลล่าได้
• มีใบขับขี่รถยนต์ของไทย และสามารถเดินทางระหว่างวิลล่าได้

Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable Concierge & Villa Manager to handle guest check-in and check-out operations and oversee day-to-day villa readiness in the Bangtao / Laguna area. The successful candidate will coordinate villa inventories, assist with new-villa set-ups, monitor maintenance needs, and ensure each property meets TropicLook’s premium standards.

Key Responsibilities
1. Guest Services & Concierge
•Welcome guests, manage check-in / check-out, explain villa amenities and local area information.
•Handle guest requests swiftly and professionally, maintaining excellent service levels.
2. Villa Management
•Conduct pre-arrival inspections and end-of-stay checks.
•Coordinate inventory counts, replenishment, and villa “start-up” kits (linen, amenities, kitchenware).
•Monitor condition of furniture, appliances, and décor; report and follow up on maintenance tasks.
3. Onboarding New Villas
•Assist the project team in initial set-up and full stocking of new villas.
•Create inventory lists and ensure each villa meets company brand standards before launch.
4.Administrative & Reporting
•Maintain accurate check-in/out logs, inventory sheets, and issue trackers.
•Liaise with housekeeping, maintenance, and external vendors to resolve issues on time.
5. Rental Cars Management
•Car delivery to villa guests
•Car wash after guest check out

Candidate Requirements
• Thai nationality (mandatory).
• Previous experience in concierge, guest relations, property management, or villa operations.
• Good spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple villas.
• Valid Thai driving licence and ability to travel between properties
