We’re looking for a Video Production Executive who specializes in F&B content creation to lead video and photo production for HOMA’s restaurant and café brands. The ideal candidate has a strong background in food and beverage marketing, with the ability to capture the essence of a dining experience through storytelling, visuals, and editing.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit engaging video content for HOMA’s F&B brands across promotional campaigns, menus, and social media.
- Develop and execute storyboards and creative direction in line with each venue’s brand identity.
- Capture food, beverage, and event photography for marketing materials and digital platforms.
- Produce short-form content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Collaborate closely with chefs, F&B management, and the marketing team to ensure all content highlights product quality and brand positioning.
- Oversee the full production workflow, including editing, sound, and color grading.

Requirements
- Proven experience in F&B videography, photography, and content production.
- Strong understanding of marketing for restaurants and cafés.
- Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Skilled with mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and composition for food and beverage visuals.
- Proficient in Lightroom, Photoshop, and Canva.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
- Strong storyboarding and creative execution skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple shoots and deadlines.

Nice to Have
- Experience in motion graphics or animation (After Effects or similar).
- Understanding of social media content strategy for F&B marketing.
