ตำแหน่ง : Customer AC Manager (EN/RU) – Real Estate Phuket
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our clients throughout their real estate journey. Your role is essential in delivering a seamless, transparent, and professional experience — from initial onboarding through to after-sales support. Your bilingual communication skills (English & Russian) will be vital in supporting our diverse client base.
• Guide clients through the full property acquisition process, including administrative, architectural, legal, and financial stages.
• Actively onboard new clients, ensuring they are well-informed and supported from the start.
• Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and respond to queries via telephone, email, messaging platforms, video calls, and in-person meetings.
• Handle a wide range of customer service inquiries, including those related to accounts, billing, and payments.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Sales, Legal, Accounting, etc.) to ensure timely and effective solutions.
• Prepare and revise contracts in coordination with Sales, Legal, and Management teams.
• Act as a liaison between clients and the accounting department for payment follow-ups, confirmations, and invoicing.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions by updating the CRM and ERP systems in real time.
• Resolve customer concerns by identifying the issue, offering suitable solutions, and ensuring successful follow-up and resolution.
• Manage the after-sales process, including contract negotiation, customization of villas, and coordination through to final handover of keys.
• Maintain a structured workflow based on task priority and project timelines.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences that promote client satisfaction and long-term relationships.
• Exhibit a positive, service-minded, and solution-oriented attitude at all times.
• Maintain a professional demeanor with a polite, well-mannered approach to client interactions.
• Ensure all client data and communications are consistently updated and organized across systems (CRM, ERP, etc.).
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field with 3–5 years’ customer service experience, preferably in real estate.
• Fluent in English and Russian (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Skilled in handling client inquiries, solving problems, and managing conflict professionally.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems, ERP, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Calendar).
