Job Responsibilities:

* Manage and monitor project progress to ensure alignment with project plans and timelines.
* Coordinate with design teams, consultants, contractors, and relevant government authorities.
* Inspect and approve construction works, and provide professional engineering sign-off for project submissions to government agencies.
* Oversee project timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure successful project delivery.
* Facilitate collaboration between teams in Thailand and overseas.
* Prepare and present project status updates and key issues to management.

Qualifications:

* Thai nationality.
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
* Hold a valid Professional Civil Engineer License (Associate Engineer level or higher) authorized to certify and sign engineering documents for submission to government authorities.
* Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Project Management, Property Development, and/or Construction.
* Experience in real estate developments, villa projects, hotels, or mixed-use developments will be an advantage.
* Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Good command of English, with the ability to communicate directly with the overseas headquarters.
* Able to work full-time in Phuket, Thailand.
