Chef De Partie

- Lead, supervise and motivate the shift team to deliver a high standard of food
preparation and service, whilst building and motivating them.

-Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes within your specialty.

- Supervising and training any demi-chef de parties or commis working with
you.

- Ensuring you and your team have high standards of food hygiene and follow
the rules of health and safety.

- Monitoring portion and waste control to keep within your budget.

- Helping the Sous Chef and Catering manager to develop new dishes and
menus.
