About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and service-minded individual to join our luxury villa sales team as a Junior Sales Coordinator.
This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, passionate about hospitality and luxury travel, and interested in building a long-term career in sales and client relationship management.
You will work directly with an assigned Senior Sales Specialist, supporting daily sales activities, managing client communications, following up on enquiries, and learning the complete luxury villa sales process. Together, you will work as a team to maximize sales opportunities and deliver exceptional experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
Work closely with an assigned Senior Sales Specialist to support the sales process from enquiry to booking confirmation.
Follow up with clients via email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and other communication channels.
Assist clients in selecting luxury villas that best match their travel requirements.
Prepare villa options, quotations, presentations, and proposals.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate with reservations, concierge, and operations teams.
Support lead management and sales pipeline tracking.
Build strong relationships with clients and provide outstanding customer service.
Learn luxury hospitality standards and consultative sales techniques.
Assist in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
Ensure timely responses and professional communication with clients.
Represent the company's luxury hospitality standards at all times.
Candidate Profile
