รายละเอียด

- Degree or Masters in Hospitality Management, F&B Management and/or Culinary
- Minimum 10 years working experience in a senior management leadership role managing multiple branded restaurants in a luxury or high end hospitality environment.
- Proven track record to develop and implement strategic plans to enhance F&B offerings, drive revenue growth and ensure profitability through innovative menu development, pricing strategies and cost control.
- Strong financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and P&L management
- Good working knowledge of food safety regulations
- Outgoing personality with professional disposition
- Working experience in Thailand and ability to converse in Thai is an added advantage
